  Went there today for the first time. Would have to say that the atmosphere and service were unrateable. I had the two piece fish and chips. While the portion size was good, the batter on my fish was uncooked and doughy on the inside, the fish was tough and flavourless, the tarter sauce was barely a step up from mayonnaise and the fries were barely cooked. Would actually never go back again and would not recommend any one do. The 4.6 rating this restaurant has received is very misleading and undeserved.

  I was there today because of the road sign that read steak and fries for 4.99 add 2nt steak for $1. I figured they would be the smallest steaks I have ever seen but no they were a decent size but thin but for $6 well worth the money. They were done perfectly. The server was perfect, she even asked the cook if I could have a roll and did not charge for it. The bar is small but not cramped. It looks nice inside and was very clean. I have not rried any other food items there but for a $6 2 steak dinner it was more then I would expect for sure. I highly recommend trying the steak special at least. Drink purchase is required . I guess tonight is wing (Thurs) night and is .49 per wing which is not bad either but I have not tried them yet.
